  Dr. Sudhir Mahajan

He done  his Doctorate of  Philosophy in  Hindi Drama and theatre  under the guidance of  Dr. O. P. Diwvedi from Jammu University. He has already  done his post graduation in Indian  Theatre in year  1993,  under  the Chairmanship of  Prof. Mohan  Maharishi from  chandigarh University,  Master  of   Philosophy  in  Hindi  and  Master of   Education  from  Jammu  University   and  Post  Gragds  in  Journalism   from  Bhartya   Vidya    Bhawan . Acted and Directed  70 plays  andacquired the certificates  of  merits awarded  with best  actor and  best  Director in Annual Drama Festival by J&K Academy   of   Art, Culture  and Languages 1998  and  2001 and  also awarded  Best Director  by  All  India Shoba  Shakti  Natya Samaroh   at  Chandigarh   in 1995. He   has  also  acted  in  a  number of  serials,  including  theatre  plays  for  Jammu ,  Srinagar Kashmir  and  DD-1 and other channels.

Mr . Dinesh Dogra

Born in 1973, he  is a science graduate  from Jammu University   . Awarded  with  two Best    Actors  in Annual  Drama  Festival  by  J&K  Academy of Art,    Culture   and  Languages  1998  and   2003.  Acted in  no.of  productions of Samooh   Theatre   besides ,  giving   good  performances on stage, he is quite busy  with in  radio, talks &  T.V.

Ms.Varsha Dogra

Born  in  1975,  she  is  a  science  graduate   from   JU  and dedicated   Theatre  Actress.  Awarded   with   "Scholarship and  Fellowship "   by  Deptt. of  Culture  (Govt.  of   India), Best   Actress , Certificate  of    Merit  in   Acting  at   Annual Drama  Festival   by  J & K  Academy   of  Art, Culture and Languages 1998 and  2001.She  had worked  in more than Fifty productions of  Samooh   Theatre . She  is presently  into  Theatre, Radio and  bit  of T.V too.

Mr. Satish Kumar

Born   in   1978   , an  Electronics graduate    from   JU and  Developer  of   this  Web-Site .He  is  a Masters  in Computer Application  from   IIM,  Pune University. In  addition  to  this  he is Awarded   with  " Scholarship "by  Deptt.  of Culture ( Govt. of  India)  for  two years .He had worked as Professional  Theatre  Artist  for  4  years and Participated in  five National  Theatre Festivals. He assisted  his  Guru  in Ten  Theatre Workshops under the Project  "Theatre  in Education" in  various areas of  J&K.He had 7 Best  Actor  Awards ,3 Best  Director Awards, Several Certificates of Merit  in MonoActing, Debates, Public Speaking to his credit  in  various  Inter -University,  Inter - College , Inter  school competitations and in  Drama Festivals Organized  by  Various  regd. organizations.  Using  the  cutting  edge  technology  in the  field of  Theatre  is his mission. Mr.Rajesh Kotru

Born in 1975, science graduate from JU. Awarded with one second  Best  Actor  and  certificate  of  merits   in  Annual Drama  Festival  by  J&K  Academy  of  Art , Culture  and Languages 2000 ,2001,2002 and 2003 resp. Acted  in no. of  productions  of    Samooh  Theatre  besides ,  giving   good performances on stage, he is quite busy with radio , talks& T.V. He  works  very  hard  to  achieve  fame  in  this  field.

Mr.Yassir Khan

Born  in  1976 ,  Agriculture   graduate  from  Aligarh  university. He  acted   in   more  than  Thirty  productions  of  Samooh Theatre . He  is  an  Amateur  Artist ,  yet  he  devotes  lot of  time  to   his   work   and   indented   to  do  more.

Mr. Rajinder Kumar

Born in  1972 , he  is  into own small scale  business,devote reasonable  time  for  Theatre fantastic on  stage   movement  and   worked  in  more  than  twenty  productions of   the Samooh Theatre. Nowdays,  he  quite  active in television plays and serials  as  well.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar

Born in 1978, he creative director in advertise firm and had immense talent to  pursue the  art  of  Theatre . Worked  in more  than  20  productions of  Samooh  Theatre. An active 

and  dedicated  member of the group. He  is presently  into Theatre , Radio and   bit   of  T.V  too.

Mr. Lal Chand

Born  in  1952 ,  an  J&K  Govt.  employ , an  dedicated and senior   artist   of  the  group,  worked   in   more  than  forty productions   of   Samooh   Theatre ,  he   act  as  source  of inspiration   for   the   bidding    talent   of  Samooh  Theatre.

Mr. Bharat

Born   in  1972, He  is  a  Fashion  Design  graduate  from  NIFT  and  dedicated Theatre  Actor . He  had worked  in  more  than   Ten  productions of  Samooh  Theatre .He is presently into Theatre, Radio and T.V too.

::Note:: In addtion to the above performing artists Samooh also takes new talent in the ongoing productions and Music directors like Bhupinder Singh, Brij Mohan  also give there music to some of samooh productions.
